Terms of Service

Respawn is a cloud backup and restore service for Claude Code environments. The service allows users to push their Claude Code configuration files (including settings, plugins, CLAUDE.md, commands, and agents) to cloud storage, restore them on any machine, and share them with others via public links. Access to the service requires a registered account. Certain features (viewing shared environments) are available without an account.

You are responsible for all content you upload, store, or share through Respawn. You agree not to upload content that: • Violates applicable laws or regulations • Infringes the intellectual property rights of others • Contains malware, exploits, or otherwise harmful code • Violates the privacy or rights of any third party You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Respawn. By using the service, you grant Respawn a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Usernames are unique identifiers assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Respawn reserves the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, impersonate others, or violate these terms.

When you create a share link, the selected content becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share. Do not share files containing sensitive information such as API keys, passwords, personal data, or proprietary code. Respawn does not actively monitor shared content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms upon report or discovery.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Respawn is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Respawn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, we may report activity to relevant authorities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
